This monthly giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. By signing up, participants are automatically entered for a chance to win a $250 Amazon gift card each month and agree to join Art Remedy’s email list to receive updates, promotions, and other marketing communications. Participants can unsubscribe at any time, but doing so will remove them from future giveaway entries. Each giveaway period runs from the first day of the month at 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) to the last day of the month at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within five business days after the end of each period. The winner will be notified via the email provided upon entry and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize; otherwise, an alternate winner may be chosen. The $100 Amazon gift card prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and Art Remedy’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of personal information. Art Remedy will use participants’ email addresses to send exclusive updates and promotions, and their information will not be shared with third parties. Art Remedy is not liable for technical issues or disruptions that affect participation or for any loss or damage resulting from participation or prize acceptance.
